Brain coaching uses neuroscience to help children (and adults) understand how their brain works, and build practical skills for focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and learning. It's not therapy and doesn't require a diagnosis.

Tutoring teaches subject knowledge. Therapy diagnoses and treats clinical conditions. Brain coaching builds the underlying brain skills. executive function, emotional regulation, focus, that make everything else easier. Think of it as training the operating system, not installing one app.

Yes, online is my primary delivery method via Google Meet. It works brilliantly for children and families, and means I can serve families anywhere in the world.

8–18 for children and teens. Adults are welcome too. I also work with parents and families as a unit.

The Brain Profile is free to read, and €39 unlocks the full plan. A 45-minute session with Linda-Lotte is €150, or €111 if you've unlocked your Brain Profile, because the €39 is credited automatically. A Tuesday call is free if you want to talk through sessions or a package first.
